Lumphini has lockers/storage at the park that you can use.

These lockers are located at the changing rooms nearest our meeting point, inside the park. Map

Once you arrive, we will do some quick intros and announcements. 

We will also do a simple warm-up, but we recommend coming a bit earlier if you would like to stretch more.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced runner, we will check in with you during the run to see how you are feeling and you will never be left behind!

Our Wednesday route is roughly a 4km run. We start at Lumphini Park Gate 4 running through the park, exit the park to run along an elevated path towards Benjakitti park and then returning through the park to finsih at the same location we started at.

We always recommend recording your runs using a activity tracker or running app. 

This is the best way to monitor your progress and to learn more about your strengths and weaknesses.

We recommend using Strava or MapMyRun apps.

Make sure you join the Facebook Group and LINE Group.

We use these to update members on run info and to let each other know if we are running late or have any issues

FRIDAY RUN

Meeting point: At the grass area to your left as you enter Benjakitti park from the Rachidapisek road entrance

Unfortunatly Benjakitti Park does not offer secure lockers however, we have a good relationship with Asoke Corner Bar who are happy to keep your bag for you (although they do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage). Lockbox prices Just mention Wild East Run Club to them and they’ll let you know where you can leave your bag. An additional option is to use the LOCK BOX service at Asoke BTS/Sukhumvit MRT stations. We start at Benjakitti Park meeting point and run out of the park and along an elevated path towards Lumphini park and then returning to finsih at the same location we started at.

Head straight to the Wild East Meeting point and look out for the Wild East Flag! Introduce yourself to the group! Don't be shy!

Once everyone has arrived, we will take a group photo and then begin our 5 min warm up routine

We will sprint our last 50 meters to the finish area and make sure you are fist bumping and high fiving your fellow runners

Approx 5min
You will then be lead through a cool down stretch where you will have a chance to catch your breath and enjoy the fact that you smashed the run

For the Friday night run, we make our way to Corner Bar Asoke (about 200m from the park) for celebratory waters, beers or tequila shots!
